See your ideas take shape. Our 2D design boards combine furniture and décor into styled presentations, giving you a clear picture of how all the pieces work together in harmony.
Scale matters. That’s why we deliver floor plans with thoughtful furniture layouts, so you can picture exactly how your space will come together. For virtual projects, we rely on your measurements to make the plan fit seamlessly.
Similar to a Mood Board, a material selections board brings all your project’s finishes—tile, paint, flooring, fabrics, and hardware—into one cohesive view. Each item is labeled with its brand, manufacturer, and price point, making it easy to see how everything works together and where it can be sourced.
You’ll receive a detailed, itemized order list of every product and finish, plus enjoy 15% off our ADD-ON services including: Renderings, Electrical Plan, Material Finish Plan, and Project Management.
Should you decide to include...Renderings are photo-realistic previews of your design, bringing concepts to life before anything is built or purchased. They provide clarity, align everyone on the vision, and help prevent costly mistakes along the way.
We can also include a finish plan with a visual guide that outlines all the materials and finishes in your project, from walls and ceilings to flooring and trim. By showing every detail in one place, it ensures the design vision is carried through seamlessly and that contractors have the clarity they need to execute with precision.
An electrical plan is then created as a detailed map showing where all outlets, switches, and light fixtures will be placed in your space. It ensures your home is both functional and safe, while also supporting the overall design vision.
If your project requires, we provide Millwork elevations which are detailed drawings that show the design of built-ins like cabinets, closets, and bookcases from a straight-on view. They make it easy to see the exact layout, proportions, and details so everything is built to fit perfectly.
And last but not least...for best optimization add a video clip walkthrough that provides a dynamic preview of your project, guiding you through each room with lifelike detail. More immersive than still images, it allows you to experience the layout, finishes, and atmosphere as if you were already there.
